The Jubilee came to a close on 28th December 2025. It is therefore no longer possible to obtain a Jubilee Plenary Indulgence by making a pilgrimage to the Shrine.
There are still various ways to obtain an ordinary Plenary Indulgence and this Guide will help you along the way. The most obvious and easy way to do so is to pray the Stations of the Cross here at the Shrine, and fulfil the conditions needed for a Plenary Indulgence.
Other ways of obtaining a Plenary Indulgence during the course of a normal (non-Jubilee) year include:
- Reciting the Stations of the Cross here at the Shrine
- Pray the Holy Rosary (a full five decades without interruption) while at the Shrine
- Spending at least 30 minutes in Eucharistic adoration and meditation.
- Piously reading the Sacred Scriptures for at least 30 minutes.
